How it works

Once you complete the wholesale application, you will hear back from us within 1-2 business days.
You will receive an email with a user ID and password to access your wholesale account.
Once logged in you will see the Wholesale, Retail and MAP pricing for all products including discounts and specials.

A few things to know

Forms of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Volume discounts available.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Terms & policies

Earth’s Bounty products cannot be advertised or sold on Amazon.
All wholesale accounts must follow MAP.
No 3rd party sellers of any kind.

No, standard shipping is always free!

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with the carrier tracking information. You can track either using that email link, directly from our tracking page, from your account dashboard, or the carrier’s website.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ebretailer.com. Please include a picture, your order number and your contact information. We will contact you ASAP in order to correct the issue to ensure you are satisfied.

All Earth’s Bounty products are guaranteed to you, the retailer, and to your customer. Any item may be returned, exchanged, or provided a refund.
If a customer wishes to exchange or return a product, as an authorized Earth’s Bounty reseller, we have you covered & you will not be out of pocket.
Refund or exchange, whichever your customer wishes. Then email info@ebretailer.com with the following information:
1. Customer name, email, phone
2. Product, lot number, quantity
3. Clearly state whether this is a return or exchange and the reason why.
We will then issue you a refund or an exchange. It’s that easy!
